Through breathwork, embodiment, movement, reflection and guided experiences, you'll create the space to hear what has been there all along.

This is deliberately designed as a mid week hump day experience. Located at the beautiful Raw Space, in the Swan Valley, just on the outskirts of Perth. Close enough to get to easily, far enough away to leave the stresses of everyday life behind.
All catering for the day provided, please advise of any food allergies or requirements. Catering will be plant based, gluten and dairy free. Raw Space is renowned for its catering.

Activated Breathwork, led by Georgie
Over the last 12 years I’ve done a lot of energy healing. But of all the things I have done, breathwork has been one of the transformative modalities I have ever experienced. It was so powerful that I was compelled to train in it and both myself and Azi are qualified trauma informed breathwork facilitators.
This is not just lying down and doing some nice relaxing breathing. Nor is it meditation. It’s active and it’s work. Breathwork has the power to do more than regulate the nervous system. It can reconnect us with energy, clarity, possibility, purpose — and life itself.
There are some very real physiological, neurological and biochemical changes occurring in the body as a result of the shift in breathing patterns hat can shift how we think, feel and process information.
Benefits include:
Reduced stress: Activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body move out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and digest.”
Physical : Boosts energy, supports, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, supports immune function and improves lung capacity, reduces inflammation.

Return to Self Workshop, led by Azi
For more than 25 years, I have worked in psychology, mental health and leadership, helping people navigate stress, change and life's transitions. My own experience of burnout and chronic health challenges taught me an important lesson: sometimes we don't need to become someone new, we simply need to return to ourselves.
The Return to Self workshop is an invitation to pause, reconnect and rediscover what matters most.
Drawing on nervous system science, self-leadership and the Quantum Balance® Framework, we'll explore how stress and overwhelm pull us away from ourselves, and how to come back.
Through practical tools and guided exercises, you'll learn ways to regulate stress, reconnect with your values, set healthy boundaries and create greater balance in everyday life.

Insights Facilitation, led by Georgie
Over the years, alongside my work in market research and business strategy, I've explored consciousness, intuition and transformative practices that help us access information in different ways.
During the Insights Facilitation sessions, you'll be guided through a Third Eye Meditation and a Quantum Facilitation process designed to help quiet the analytical mind and open the door to deeper awareness.
Working with a question, challenge or area of life you would like clarity on, you'll be invited to explore new perspectives, access intuitive insights and connect with possibilities that may not have been visible before.
Some people experience powerful "aha" moments. Others gain a fresh perspective on a situation they've been wrestling with. Some leave with a deeper sense of trust in themselves and the wisdom they already carry.
There is no right way to experience it.
The invitation is simply to become curious, step beyond habitual ways of thinking, and explore what becomes possible when you allow a different level of awareness to guide the conversation.
Embodiment Practice, led by Azi
Over the past few years, I've come to appreciate that healing and transformation are not just mental processes, they involve the whole person. The Embodiment Practice is an invitation to move beyond thinking and into feeling. Through gentle somatic movement, breath, music and guided experiences, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body, release tension and cultivate greater presence.
Many of us spend so much time living in our heads that we forget the wisdom our bodies hold. Embodiment offers a way back. There is no need to perform or get anything right, and no previous experience is required.
Some people experience a deep sense of calm. Others feel more energised, grounded or emotionally connected. Many simply enjoy the opportunity to move, breathe, have fun and be present.
Benefits of the practice may include:

Meet your co-hosts
Azmiri (Azi) Mian: Catalysing Change From the Inside Out.
As a Change Catalyst, Self-Leadership Expert, Mental Health Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator, Azi brings more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, leaders, organisations and communities navigate change and create meaningful transformation. She combines qualifications in psychology, social work, public health and management with expertise in nervous system regulation, breathwork and holistic wellbeing.
A couple of years ago, despite dedicating her career to supporting others, Azi found herself facing burnout, chronic health challenges and a growing disconnection from her own wellbeing. That experience became the catalyst for profound personal transformation, and inspired the development of the Quantum Balance® Framework, a practical approach that helps people create greater balance across life's key domains.
As Co-Steward of the RegenEarth Project, Azi is guided by the principles of Natural Law and believes that when people reconnect with themselves, they create positive change in their families, communities and the world around them.
At Time To Tune In, Azi will share practical tools, movement and reflective practices to help participants reduce stress, reconnect with themselves and strengthen self-leadership.
Georgina Woodley: Bridging business insight with inner insight.
At heart, Georgina is an insights person. She's spent decades helping organisations uncover what people think, feel and need through her work in consulting, market research and business leadership. But behind the scenes, she has been on her own search for answers.
After years navigating the pressures of corporate life, Georgina became increasingly curious about the intelligence that exists beyond logic, strategy and analysis. What she discovered was that some of our most valuable insights aren't found by thinking harder—they emerge when we create the space to listen.
Through years of exploring consciousness, personal transformation, Breathwork and Quantum Facilitation, Georgina has developed a deep appreciation for the wisdom held within the body and our own innate knowing.
Today, she is passionate about bringing consciousness into business and helping people access greater clarity, creativity and insight in both their work and their lives.
At Time To Tune In, Georgina will guide participants through activated breathwork and the Quantum Facilitation processes designed to help uncover the wisdom that has been there all along.
